2. The Service
Anidea Solutions provides an AI receptionist that answers calls, books and reschedules appointments, and logs customer information on your behalf. We configure the service to your business and integrate it with the tools you use.
3. Free Trial & Billing
New customers begin with a 14-day free setup. You are not charged during the trial. After the trial, plans start at $297/month depending on complexity and call volume. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to use it to harass, deceive, or harm others, or to violate any applicable telecommunications or privacy regulations.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We aim to make cancellation simple, contact us and we will disable future billing.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anidea Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
